Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, consistent with Paddle’s digital content refund policy. Refund eligibility is automatic for the following cases:


  • You have not yet downloaded the manual.
  • You made a purchase in error or the product is not as described.

Please note: Once a manual has been successfully delivered or downloaded, your right to cancel is no longer applicable, in line with Paddle’s digital content rules. Incorrect information provided (e.g., wrong device or serial number) may affect eligibility.
